Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and exchange process. Please review the following terms carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.
A return request must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after the 7-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
A 360-degree unboxing video and clear images of the product are mandatory for a return to be considered.
Products that do not pass our quality check upon return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted if the product appears used or if required evidence is not provided.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
Exchange requests must also be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
The product will only be replaced with the same item originally ordered.
A proper unboxing video and product images are required for processing exchange requests.
Return Shipping and Pickup:
We will arrange reverse pickup from the original delivery address.
If the customer is unavailable or does not respond to the delivery partner’s communication, the pickup may be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse at their own expense.
Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refund processing may take up to seven (7) business days from the date of receipt.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer will be required to provide bank account details for the refund.
Refunds for UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking are typically processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Additional Information:
A clear unboxing video showing intact product tags and labels is mandatory.
In case of missing items in return shipments, the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s), including any promotional products or free gifts.
Claims involving tampered packaging or insufficient evidence will not be entertained.
Products purchased under special sales, contests, clearance events, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
During sale periods or festive seasons, the return and exchange process may take longer than usual.
All return and exchange decisions are subject to final approval by the brand.
